Eligibility and Access Requirements
Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age to register for our courses or use our services independently. If you are under 18, you may participate only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.
Account Creation
When you register for our courses or create an account, you agree to:
- • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- • Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate
- • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
- • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
- • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Geographic Availability
While our website is accessible globally, our in-person courses are conducted in Tokyo, Japan. Participation in physical courses requires your ability to attend sessions at our Tokyo location. We do not currently offer remote or online course alternatives.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use our services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:
- • Use our services for any unlawful purpose or to violate any local, national, or international law
- • Harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm other participants, instructors, or staff members
- • Share, distribute, or reproduce course materials without express written permission
- • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or organization
- • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or other users' accounts
- • Transmit viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature
- • Use automated systems or software to extract data from our website without permission
- • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
- • Record, photograph, or film course sessions without prior authorization from both Visionhelm and all participants
Violation of this acceptable use policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to our services, without refund, and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.
Course Enrollment and Payment Terms
Enrollment Process
Course enrollment is complete when you submit your registration and we confirm your acceptance. Confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. Limited spaces are available in each course, and enrollment is subject to availability and instructor approval.
Payment Terms
Course fees must be paid according to the payment schedule provided at enrollment:
- • All prices are listed in Japanese Yen and are subject to applicable taxes
- • Payment secures your enrollment and must be received before the course start date
- • We accept payment through specified methods as communicated during enrollment
- • Payment plans may be available for certain courses; terms will be specified separately
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our refund policy operates as follows:
- • Cancellations made more than 30 days before course start: Full refund minus administrative fee of ¥10,000
- • Cancellations made 15-30 days before course start: 50% refund
- • Cancellations made less than 15 days before course start: No refund
- • No refunds after course commencement except in extraordinary circumstances at our discretion
Service Availability and Modifications
Course Scheduling
We strive to maintain consistent course schedules as advertised. However, we reserve the right to modify course dates, times, instructors, or curriculum with reasonable notice. In the event of significant changes that materially affect your enrollment, you will have the option to withdraw with a full refund.
Course Cancellation by Visionhelm
We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or other operational reasons. If we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative course session.
Website Availability
While we strive to ensure our website is available without interruption, we cannot guarantee continuous access. The website may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, or due to technical issues beyond our control. We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from website downtime.
Feature Updates
We continuously work to improve our services and may add, modify, or remove features without prior notice. These changes are made to enhance the overall quality of our educational offerings.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content
All content on our website and in our courses, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, course materials, and software, is the property of Visionhelm or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
